Each one is made to order, printed, polished, and finished only for you.
Still, we understand that plans can change, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Each CZZLR case is made to order, crafted just for you. You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, as each case enters production shortly after the fulfillment process begins (usually within the first 24 hours). Once printing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
How do I request a cancellation?
Simply email us at hello@czzlr.com within six hours of placing your order.
Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation.
We’ll confirm once your order has been stopped.
When will I receive my refund if I cancel on time?
Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 3 to 5 business days through your original payment method.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
Because every CZZLR case is made to order, we accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
How do I request a return?
Please contact us at hello@czzlr.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include the following details in your email:

A brief explanation of the issue

Clear photos or a short video showing the defect or wrong item
Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, CZZLR covers all shipping costs.
If the return is for any reason not attributable to CZZLR, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Where do I send my return?
Returns are processed through our USA fulfillment facility.
Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions via email.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
Please note that refund timelines do not include carrier transit or verification time from our fulfillment partner.
Once received and verified, the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
What condition should the item be in?
Returned products must be:

Unused and in original condition

Packed in their original packaging

Returned with all tags and accessories intact
Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the package to help avoid customs misunderstandings.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If your CZZLR case arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a printing defect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach photos or a short video so we can assess the issue quickly.
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or process your refund immediately.
