1. Orders & Tracking

How do I make a purchase?
Select your favorite design, choose your phone model, and add it to your cart.
Complete checkout securely, and your order will begin its handcrafted journey.

How do I know if my order was successful?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email within minutes.
Didn’t see it? Check your Promotions or Spam folder — sometimes beauty gets misplaced.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
Each CZZLR case is made to order. If you wish to modify or cancel, reach us within 6 hours of placing your order, before your case enters production. Once production begins, changes aren’t possible.

I haven’t received my tracking link yet.
Tracking details are shared by email as soon as your order ships.
Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

My order confirmation hasn’t arrived, but I was charged.
If payment was successful but confirmation is missing after 24 hours, contact us with your transaction ID — we’ll resolve it promptly.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide so your style can travel wherever you do.

When will my order ship?
Processing takes 2–5 business days, followed by regional delivery timelines.
All orders are shipped with tracking for complete peace of mind.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your region and chosen shipping method.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once shipped, you’ll receive a live tracking link via email.

Do you offer express or priority shipping?
Yes. Choose your preferred shipping speed at checkout for faster delivery.

Do I need to pay customs or import duties?
Depending on your country, local customs or import fees may apply.
These are collected directly by your courier or customs office.

My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it’s still missing, contact us at hello@czzlr.com — we’ll help locate it.

3. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because every CZZLR case is made to order, we accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Can I return or exchange a customized case?
Customized cases are created exclusively for you and are final sale, unless defective.

How do I start a return?
Email hello@czzlr.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the item.

Are returns free?
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, CZZLR covers all shipping costs.
For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after your returned item has been received and inspected.

I received the wrong design or size. What should I do?
Send us an email with your order number and clear photos of the item.
We’ll replace it at no additional cost.

What condition should returns be in?
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

Do you offer discounts or limited-time offers?
Yes. From time to time, CZZLR unveils special events like seasonal offers or buy-more-save-more campaigns. Stay tuned via our newsletter.

How does “Buy 2, Get 3rd Free” work?
Add three cases to your cart — the lowest-priced one automatically becomes free. It’s that simple.

Are discounted items eligible for return?
Sale or promotional items, including “Buy 2, Get 3rd Free” offers, are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Can I use multiple promo codes?
Only one code can be applied per order, so choose the one that suits you best.

What materials are CZZLR cases made from?
Each case is crafted with a dual-layer design — a tough polycarbonate shell on the outside and a soft TPU lining inside for shock absorption.

Are your cases MagSafe compatible?
Yes. Every design supports MagSafe charging and accessories without needing to remove the case.

Will the design fade or scratch?
No. Our UV-sealed coating preserves vibrancy and prevents daily wear.

Do your cases protect the camera and screen?
Absolutely. Each CZZLR case features raised bezels around the edges to keep surfaces safe from contact.

What’s the difference between your case types?
Tough Cases offer dual-layer protection, while Slim Cases are lightweight and minimal. Both maintain the same CZZLR quality and finish.


6. Design & Customization

Can I personalize my case?
Yes. You can add initials or short text on selected designs. Customization options appear directly on product pages.

What inspires your collections?
CZZLR draws inspiration from geometry, architecture, art, and emotion.
Every piece is designed to evoke a feeling rather than just match an outfit.

Are your collections seasonal or permanent?
Some are timeless; others are limited edition drops. Once they sell out, they may not return — that’s part of their charm.

Will the colors look exactly like they do online?
We maintain exceptional color fidelity, though slight variations may appear depending on your screen’s brightness and warmth.


7. Payments & Gift Cards

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and select regional payment options.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption for your safety.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. CZZLR gift cards make the perfect present and never expire.

When will my payment be charged?
Your payment is processed immediately upon checkout to begin production.

Can I use more than one payment method?
Currently, only one payment method can be used per order.


8. Product Care

How do I clean my CZZLR case?
Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners to preserve the finish.

The colors on my case look slightly different from the photos. Why?
Tiny color shifts can occur due to screen variations and the handmade nature of printing. Every piece remains true to its intended palette.

My case doesn’t fit my phone perfectly. What should I do?
Ensure you selected the correct model during checkout. If it’s a mismatch from our side, we’ll replace it immediately.

How do I maintain the finish on my case?
Avoid prolonged exposure to alcohol-based cleaning agents or rough surfaces to preserve the gloss and texture.
