The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to CZZLR. We operate this website and store to bring you thoughtfully made products, artful collections, and a seamless shopping experience (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Access & Account
To shop with us, you must be of legal age in your region and capable of entering a binding agreement. When creating an account or making a purchase, please provide accurate and complete details.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Sharing, transferring, or selling your account is not permitted.
2. Our Products
Every design you see at CZZLR begins as art — and while we try to represent colors faithfully, slight variations can occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Product details, prices, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or restrict orders to certain regions.
Custom and Personalized Orders: When you personalize a design or upload your own artwork, you confirm that you own or have the rights to that content. Customized items are made uniquely for you and are therefore final sale unless defective.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept once payment is confirmed and you receive an order email from us. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as stock limits, suspected fraud, or technical errors.
If we make changes or cancellations, we’ll reach out using your provided contact details.
All orders are governed by our Cancellation & Returns Policy. CZZLR products are intended for personal use — not resale — unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Prices, Taxes & Billing
Prices shown are in your local currency (where available) and may change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees.
When you confirm your order, you authorize us or our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including taxes and applicable fees.
- Your payment method is valid and authorized.
- Charges will be honored.
- You will promptly update any billing details when necessary.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates depend on your region and carrier timelines. Once your order is handed to the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to you.
We’re not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control — but we’ll always do our best to help track your order.

6. Intellectual Property
Everything you see and experience on CZZLR — from our product designs to photographs, patterns, text, and layouts — is part of our creative identity.
All content is owned by CZZLR or licensed to us and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may use our content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Reproducing, copying, distributing, or modifying our designs or materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
“CZZLR,” our logos, case designs, and collection names are trademarks of CZZLR. All other marks belong to their rightful owners.

10. User Content, Reviews & Feedback
We love hearing from you. When you share feedback, reviews, photos, or creative ideas (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for legitimate business purposes — such as showcasing real customer experiences or improving our products.
- You own the rights to your content or have permission to share it.
- Your content doesn’t violate anyone’s rights or applicable laws.
We may remove or edit content we consider inappropriate, unlawful, or misleading — though we’re not obligated to do so.
11. Errors & Omissions
Even perfectionists make mistakes sometimes. Occasionally, product information may include typographical errors or inaccuracies (like pricing or availability). We reserve the right to correct or cancel affected orders at any time, without prior notice.

CZZLR is built for creativity, not misuse. You agree not to:

- Post or transmit harmful, defamatory, or misleading content.
- Interfere with security features, hack, or scrape our site.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You’ll remain responsible for payments due up to the date of termination.
Certain provisions — including Intellectual Property, Liability, and Dispute Resolution — will continue to apply after termination.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our cases are made with care, but our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or exact visual matches across devices. To the extent permitted by law, CZZLR disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CZZLR and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits, data, or emotional distress — arising from your use of our Services or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of:
- The amount you paid for the product in question within the past 3 months, or
- USD $100 (or equivalent in local currency).
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CZZLR, its team, partners, and affiliates against any losses, claims, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your shared content, or your misuse of our Services.
17. Severability
If any section of these Terms is deemed invalid, the rest will still stand strong. The unenforceable part will be interpreted to reflect our original intent as closely as possible.
18. Waiver & Entire Agreement
Our decision not to enforce a provision once doesn’t waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, along with our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns policies, represent the complete agreement between you and CZZLR.
19. Assignment
You can’t transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights or obligations if necessary to continue operations — for example, in case of acquisition or restructuring.
20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
